Hey there! My name is Chelsey Tracey, a 39-year-old Midwest native, who finds joy in the simplicity of small-town living. Married for 16 wonderful years, I am the proud parent of three amazing children - a 14yo daughter, and two sons ages 11 & 9.
With 8 years devoted to the healthcare industry, I've discovered my passion for making a positive impact and helping others. I've recently been exploring the field of education, but found that my heart truly lies in the healthcare industry.
I'm excited to be embarking on this new journey! I'm thrilled about this amazing new opportunity and can't wait to learn more about aesthetics! Beyond work, I enjoy getting lost in a good book, going on adventures and creating memories with my family, and relishing in the warmth of the sun while taking a refreshing dip in our pool (always with skin protectant, of course!).

Heidi Day RN-BSN, TNS
My name is Heidi Day and I am 40 years old.
I am married to my husband of 12 years, and I have 2 stepchildren (though I never use the term step-children, steps are only on our front porch!)
My 22 yo son is active duty in the US Airforce, and my 16 yo daughter is a straight A student, on the path to graduating high school with an associates degree.
I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Nursing from OSF St Anthony College of Nursing, and have been in the healthcare field 17 years. I am licensed as a Trauma Nurse Specialist and have experience working as a Level 1 TNS at Rockford Memorial Hospital in the Emergency Department, followed by outpatient chemotherapy infusion services at OSF St Anthony Hospital, and most currently working as an educator training nurses on their medical device equipment.
I am a Navy brat and daughter of a late Vietnam Veteran. I was born in Washington State, and have enjoyed living in Scotland, Virginia Beach, Florida and Illinois. In my free time I shop, go to the casino, scratch lottery tickets, and love on my poodles, Blanche and Skeeter!

Chris Beaman RN-BSN, PHRN
My name is Chris Beaman. I am a graduate of Elmhurst University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I have worked in healthcare my entire career, mostly Emergency Department and Trauma settings. I became a Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of Rockford in 2009 and currently serve as a Lieutenant.
Throughout my tenure in the current healthcare systems, I’ve learned that it is not designed for individualized care. Men’s health, in particular, is often overlooked, simplified, or treated as one-size-fits-all. I serve as a liaison for men to obtain positive healthcare experiences, and provide education to continue to maintain their health outside of the practice setting. I specialize in TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) and weight loss.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, boating, skiing, reading, doing projects around my home, or spending time with my family.

Nikki St. Vincent RN-BSN, S.A.N.E.
Hello! I’m Nikki St. Vincent. My husband and I have 3 kiddos ages 5, 7 and 14. They keep us very busy running around between softball games and BMX racing. We also have a small hobby farm that I keep adding to, which just makes my husband thrilled. Ha!!
I attended Saint Anthony College of Nursing in Rockford, graduating with my BSN in 2007. I have 19 years of nursing experience, a majority of those years being a Labor and Delivery nurse. I work as a SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) with certification in forensics nursing. I enjoy crafting, reading, snuggling my babies while they still let me, and having my toes in the sand enjoying the beach.
I’m beyond excited to now be a part of the BEAM family and can’t wait to meet all of your smiling faces!!
Natalie Freymiller | RN-BSN
Hello!!! My name is Natalie Freymiller. I’m 33 years old and live in Byron with my husband, 8 year old daughter, and 2 year old son. I have been a registered nurse for 11 years, with my background being primarily women’s health. I have a background practicing in aesthetics and have loved the ability to combine medical expertise with artistry to help my patients feel both happy and confident.
In my free time I love spending time with my family, baking, and binging a good show on Netflix. Self-care is at the core of what I do! I am thrilled to be apart of the BEAM team and cannot wait to help my patients feel beautiful in their own skin!!!

Hello!!! My name is Ashli Stanfa and I am a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 19 years of nursing experience. I have an extensive background in Neonatal Intensive Care, outpatient Oncology and currently Advanced Functional and Concierge Medicine. My passion is root-cause analysis and a deep commitment to whole-body wellness. My goal is to deliver a refined, personalized, compassionate approach to patient care by tailoring wellness strategies designed to restore balance and optimize vitality.
I believe luxury lies in feeling your best from the inside out.
Outside of practice, I cherish time with my husband and two daughters. I enjoy reading, e-biking and creating meaningful moments with family and friends outside of work.

In my free time I enjoy reading, spending time with friends, and traveling.

Hello!! My name is Olivia. I am currently a senior in high school, and I look forward to graduating soon. My goal is to attend a local University in Chicago to complete my pre-med, PA curriculum. I intend to go into healthcare, in an effort to help others during some of the worst time of their lives.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling. I like to read, spend time with friends, and use my love for art by sketching. You will see me mostly on weekends, and some evenings.

Hello, my name is Abby! I am a Board Certified Physician Assistant, by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). I had the opportunity to complete a semester rotation at BEAM while I was attending SIU.
I enjoy treating individuals and providing them with the utmost care. My love for aesthetics has blossomed, and continues to do so over time. The education is ongoing, and I am enjoying every minute of it.
