primary health + vitality:
- at your initial appointment, you will complete a comprehensive medical history and physical with the provider.
- after the appointment, you will have extensive lab orders. You can choose to complete them at our clinic, or take the orders to your lab of choice for completion.
- once labs are completed, and received by our provider, we will reach out to schedule you for a followup.
- at your followup appointment, you will receive your comprehensive lab results and medical recommendations along with education.
- you get to choose your course of action and help determine future visits.
- prescription medications may be purchased in clinic or we may be able to escribe your prescriptions to your pharmacy of choice.
Although we do not accept health insurance, please know:
after all appointments that include medical health services with our providers, you may request a superbill to be generated so that you may submit your services an receipts to insurance for reimbursement!
women's hormone only (HRT):
- at your initial appointment, you will complete a comprehensive medical history and physical with the provider.

What is it?
GLP-1 inhibitor (body hormone) that controls/stabilizes blood sugar, and manages hunger cues. It is a weekly injection into fatty tissue.
Benefits?
Reducing appetite and slowing gastric emptying (making you feel fuller, longer)
Mild-moderate side effects. Titration low and slow.
Requirements
*if you cannot provide a copy of your physical/lab work within the last 12 months, lab work will be ordered for you at an additional cost prior to starting to ensure medical clearance)
Side effects?
May include: Pain/redness at injection site, stomach upset, diarrhea, nausea, headache.
